Shipping & Returns

Shipping
- All order must specify a correct "ship to" address.
- The in stock product will be shipped out no later than the end of next business day from the time of order.
- All specified shipping time is calculated in business days.
- We ship in Canada via Canada Post Regular Parcel Service. It takes 2 days for local, 3-5 days for regional and 4-9 days for national delivery.
- If you need faster service or ship to other country, please contact us by email to: sales@saming.ca
Pickup
- You can pickup packaged product in Canada at the following address:
  3247 Anderson Cres.
  Mississauga ON L5N 2Y5.
  Pickup time: Wednesday 4pm-7pm
  Please show your photo ID and receipt when pickup.
- For downloadable product, use this as Shipping Method to exempt from S&H cost. The license number will be sent to you via email after we received payment.
Return/Exchange
- When you receive your package, please check the package and contact with shipping company if there is shipping damage.
- The defective hardware product can be returned for a replacement of the same model in 90 days from the date of purchase. Before return, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by email us at cs@saming.ca. Your RMA number is valid for 7 days.
- Non-defective hardware product can be returned for exchange or refund in 30 days after you receive your order. Please contact us for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by email us at cs@saming.ca. Your RMA number is valid for 7 days. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returned non-defective hardware product.
- Due to copyright laws, all software items in opened box may only be exchanged for the same item.
- IMPORTANT: returned package without an RMA number will be refused. Make sure the product package in the same condition as when you purchased with your original receipt.
- ANuWa Techee Inc. will use its discretion in determing the validity of return claims for the purchases and reserves the right to place reasonable conditions on returned product.
